A PR powerhouse with an encyclopedic knowledge of hosiery and supportive lingerie, Sidonie has one of the most enviable jobs in the world as head of communications at Wolford, Kate’s favourite hosiery brand.
After four years at Joseph (whose 1990’s low rise stretch jean had a fit yet to be beaten for those with the thicker thigh), Sidonie joined Wolford and works to advise on local and international projects for the company, in marketing, retail and wholesale, on designer collaborations, company branding, celebrity and VIP involvement, social media and “basically running around doing everything with a great team to support me!”

LA-based Vinnie has been the entertainment elite’s go-to fitness trainer for over 20 years. Three years ago, he started his own celebrity trainer podcast, which is one of the most highly rated fitness oriented podcasts on iTunes, consistently getting over half a million downloads every month.
His book, Fitness Confidential, Adventures In The Weight Loss Game, a mix of irreverent memoir and serious how-to guide to weight loss and fitness, is an Amazon best-seller, was nominated Book of the Year by Audible, and has been opted for a TV series by Sony Pictures. Vinnie is currently developing his own reality show. None of these achievements surprise us because we know Vinnie is, secretly, superman.
Joanne founded Hey Jo London, Kate’s favourite workout wear company, in 2012. Her background is in interior design, she has a deep love of fashion, sport and design, and she is passionate about colour and how it makes us feel in our everyday life.
So when she came to design her own on-the-go wear – with a focus on legs and the demands of an active wearer (although not necessarily someone who lives in the gym) – she knew the garments could never be plain black, hence the rainbow signature of her brand. Joanne lives and breathes active wear, she knows everything there is to know about the technology, fit and colours that work hardest for our legs.
Clare founded The Treatment Rooms, Brighton’s celebrated beauty salon and Legology’s home on the south coast, some 20 years ago. Renowned in professional beauty circles, she was awarded a Golden Alumni from City College Brighton and studied Ayurveda before starting in beauty 35 years ago.
Her interest in beauty is underpinned by an evolving knowledge of alternative treatments – she is currently studying Systematic Kinesiology – and how they bring balance to mind, body and spirit. Clare and Kate share a mutual love of Scotties and can sometimes be spotted on the South Downs with Rebus, Radley, Olive and Joey.
The rugby-loving professor is Kate’s go-to expert on all things vascular – he is passionate about our veins which makes him a pioneering vascular surgeon: he has developed his own Whiteley Protocol to treat abnormal veins – including varicose and thread, venus-related swelling around the ankles, and deep vein thrombosis – in the pelvis and legs.
Mark’s protocol typically delivers permanent results (not always the case with varicose veins); it involves three steps, to identify the underlying problem via ultrasound, give appropriate treatment and a cosmetic finish. He has clinics in London, Guildford, Bristol and Birmingham.

FOR OUR LATEST NEWS & VIEWS
Kate has had a long and varied career in beauty. She started at Harpers Bazaar (then Harpers & Queen) in the late Eighties and has since broadcasted for TV and radio, and written beauty columns for the Daily Mail, the Express, the Sunday Telegraph and, for 14 years, the Telegraph Magazine.
Her passion is the beauty and welfare of our legs, and she founded Legology in 2013, launching it at Liberty London with a mission to offer women a high performance brand which performs brilliantly and is a joy to use and wear.
As part of that Kate has created the ultimate destination for all leggy matters – a place to get the best advice and development updates in leg care from the world’s leading experts – which is what the Legology site and bi-weekly e-zine Lift Off aims to provide in Legology’s inimitable style.
