This treatment will show you just how good a manual contouring massage is when it’s done properly by a skilled and intuitive therapist. Delivering visible results with one treatment, it uses the most impactful techniques, through the gifted hands of our therapists, cupping and our deep drainage oil to chase trapped fluid out from around fat cells and reshape the legs. Dimpled areas will be visibly reduced and you’ll notice a new cleanness and definition to the line of your legs, especially thighs, knees and ankles, and a lightness you had forgotten your lower limbs could feel.

The original hands-on debloat treatment to put the dip back into your tummy: manual finger massage to the mid section, compression and foot reflexes.

WHY THE LYMPH?
We believe that the lymphatic network, which mops up toxins and excess fluids as it travels around your body, is the key that unlocks the full potential of your figure.
Lymph fluid runs just beneath your skin, sweeping waste products along to be filtered through hundreds of lymph nodes and metabolised. The talent behind our treatment protocols, Katie is an advanced wellness therapist and coach with 30 years of experience in helping people of all ages achieve inner harmony and balance in life. A master in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Reiki teacher and very focused on breathwork and cranial sacral therapy. Katie is a shining and rare example of an intuitive therapist who is guided by instinct, skill and experience. She has developed the Lymphology® treatments and trained our therapists in the protocols we are incredibly proud to practice.

LYMPHOLOGY SIGNATURE CELLULITE LEG TREATMENT
This treatment was made for you if you have cellulite, fluid retention, suffer with heavy legs (especially after flying or during pregnancy), puffy knees and ankles.
LYMPHOLOGY MID-LITE DE BLOAT TUMMY TREATMENT
This treatment was made for you if you experience the bloat or puffiness that make you feel heavy and uncomfortable, either periodically or frequently with peri-menopause and menopause.
Before your treatment: please make sure you’re wearing loose, soft clothes.
After your treatment: be sure to drink plenty of still water.
